Nice to meet you
I've designed my practice to be a safe, secular, evidence-based haven for those experiencing life's hardships. Whether you're struggling with trauma, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, life transitions, or setting boundaries with hurtful partners or family members, you're in the right place. I help those experiencing relationship stressors in any form. In our sessions, you'll have the space to process pain points and move toward healing through intentional and courageous conversation.
