Nice to meet you
My expertise extends beyond traditional therapeutic modalities. My training in Marriage and Family Therapy gives me a unique edge over other therapists without this MFT education and licensing. My approach is direct yet compassionate, focusing on the root causes of issues, not just symptom management. My style combines relational with deep dives into core issues, offering long-term transformative change. I work to build lasting solutions and address what truly impacts clients' well-being.

Interests
Outside of work, I have a variety of interests that help me stay, balanced, and energized. I enjoy kayaking, which allows me to connect with nature and unwind. Reading is another passion of mine as it provides both relaxation and continuous learning. I'm also committed to giving back to the community through volunteering as I find it fulfilling to contribute to causes their line with my values. Hiking is another favorite activity, offering both physical exercise and the opportunity to disconnect and recharge in the outdoors.
