My therapeutic style is direct utilizing a psychodynamic lens. However, I draw from many modalities to be able to support the individuals that I work with. Though direct, I take a casual approach and get to know my clients first. Taking the time to get to know my clients helps me to understand them better and what path I should take to assist them. Therapy with me can be challenging and enjoyable. We will work on some tough topics but it will be worth it to get to the final results.
