Nice to meet you
I offer guidance to individuals, couples, families, and groups who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being. I approach work holistically, using a “wellness” model (as opposed to an “illness” one) which highlights and encourages the client’s strengths. I work with individuals, groups, and communities to improve mental health. I encourage clients to discuss emotions and experiences. I assist my clients in defining goals, planning action, and gaining insight. I develop therapeutic processes and take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care.
