My style is more goal-oriented and structured. One of my main goals is to help my clients improve their quality of life in ways that are meaningful for them. I utilize tools from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These therapies have been extensively studied to show their effectiveness in improving quality of life. I am also well-versed in Attachment Theory, Love Languages, and the Enneagram.
