Nice to meet you
I work with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, grief/loss, minority issues, relationship issues, sexual orientation, and gender identity and exploration. I feel my role is to prioritize creating a safe space that is non-judgmental and comfortable so each person can go on a journey of self-discovery. I want all my clients to be able to build the skills they want for emotional regulation, healing, and self-awareness. I know therapy can be a difficult step for people, but I will be there with you each step of the way.
